Thank you for choosing Armour Grade. We strive to provide you with a satisfying shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and obtaining refunds, ensuring compliance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Warranty Coverage:
- All electronic products sold by Armour Grade company come with a standard two-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that may affect the product's performance.
- Please note that certain products, such as unbreakable ashtrays, are not explicitly covered by the standard warranty as they are designed to withstand regular use without inherent defects. If, however, such a product arrives damaged due to shipping or if you believe it is defective, please contact our customer support for assistance.
Eligibility for Returns: We accept product returns within fourteen (14) business days from the date of receiving the package. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product is within the return period of fourteen (14) business days from the date of package arrival.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned in its original factory box with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- The product's serial number matches the serial number on the purchase receipt.
Non-Eligible Items for Return: The following products are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
- Products with missing accessories, manuals, or documentation.
- Products personalized to the specific requirements of an individual customer, such as items with custom laser engraving or other personalized modifications.
- Products without a valid proof of purchase.
Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, if it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund as follows:
- When paid via an online payment gateway, the refund will be issued to your original account.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was sold on the Serbian territory, and the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at service@armourgrade.com within three (3) business days of receiving the product. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with a return or replacement.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at service@armourgrade.com or +381 (0)64 308 7476 to inform them of your intent to return the product.
- Carefully pack the product in its original factory box along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Include a copy of the original purchase receipt in the package.
- Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer support team.
Please ensure that the returned item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Note that shipping and handling charges are covered by the sender.
Refund Timeline: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within (14) fourteen business days. The exact timeline for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment provider's policies.
Final Decision: We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding returns and refunds based on the product's condition and adherence to this policy.
